THEBUS REDUCED FARE PROGRAMS
To qualify for a Reduced Fare HOLO Card, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- YOUTH age 6-17 years (proof of age required). Youth includes high school students up to 19 years of age who have a valid high school identification card or proof of enrollment. Youth Fare Form (pdf version) (online order) required. Youth cards are available at Satellite City Halls and Transit Pass Office.

SENIOR CITIZEN
age 65 or older, must provide a valid photo ID with date of birth such as a driver’s license, State-issued identification or passport. Senior Fare Form required.
Senior HOLO cards are available at Satellite City Halls and the Transit Pass Office.
Senior Kamaaina – Proof of Residency Required.

DISABILITY CARD

Disability Application Form for instructions, requirements and completion. Valid Government-issued photo ID also required. Disability HOLO cards are available at the Transit Pass Office. Temporary Disability reduced fare ends when the Healthcare provider-prescribed timeframe ends. Permanent Disability Card must be renewed every 4 years.
Disability Kamaaina – Proof of Residency Required.
- U.S. MEDICARE CARD (red/white/blue) HOLO Card is available at the Transit Pass Office only. The card is to be renewed every 4 years. U.S. Medicare Form required.
- THEHANDI-VAN HOLO Card is for eligible riders purchasing a bus pass or using stored value at a reduced rate. TheHandi-Van HOLO Card bus pass cannot exceed TheHandi-Van eligibility.
Please note that all documentation must be accompanied by a valid Government-issued photo ID that includes date of birth.
