EASTBOUND: Huipu/Kili to Kapolei Transit Center—TheBus will operate regular Route 40 “LOCAL" service via makai on Huipu, right Ala Holo, right Makaha Valley Rd, left Farrington Hwy, left Leihoku, left into the Waianae Transit Center to the appropriate bus bay, exit right Leihoku, left Farrington, H-1 EAST, take EXIT 1A "CAMPBELL INDUSTRIAL PARK/BARBER'S PT HARBOR,” right Kalaeloa, left Kapolei Pkwy, left Kamokila, right Uluohia, left Haumea.

WESTBOUND: Alapai Transit Center to Huipu/Kili -- After servicing the designated bus bay, TheBus will exit Alapai Transit Center via right Alapai, operate regular "LOCAL" service via Alapai, left Beretania (service Eternal Flame bus stop), right King, right Liliha, left Vineyard, onto H-1 WEST, take "AIRPORT/PEARL HARBOR" EXIT, continue along H-1 WEST, operate regular "LOCAL" service via Farrington Hwy, right Leihoku, left into the Waianae Transit Center to the appropriate bus bay, exit right Leihoku, right Farrington, left Lawaia, left Makau, right Farrington, left Makaha Valley Rd, onto Ala Holo, left Huipu to Kili D, left u-turn at the Makaha Tower guard, makai on Huipu.
