EDDIE AIKAU BIG WAVE INVITATIONAL
The Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2023. Due to the anticipation of a large volume of spectators, four (4) buses will be scheduled to provide two-way shuttle service between Kamehameha Highway/Weed Circle and Waimea Valley via Route 60.
EARLY MORNING ROUTE 52 TRIPS
FROM ALA MOANA CENTER TO WAIMEA VALLEY
AND
HALEIWA – WAIMEA VALLEY SHUTTLE
Four (4) early Route 52 trips from Ala Moana Center will depart at 4:30 a.m., 5:00 a.m., 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and after arriving at Kamehameha Highway/Weed Circle will continue on as a Route 60 to Waimea Valley. These buses will then provide shuttle service between Haleiwa and Waimea Valley between 6:00 A.M - 6:30 PM.
For service beyond 6:30 pm, please board the regular Route 60.

SHUTTLE ROUTE
Kamehameha Highway/Weed Circle to Waimea Valley:
From Kamehameha Highway at
Weed Circle (7-Eleven) continue on Kamehameha Highway, right Waimea Valley Road, proceed counter-clockwise through the parking lot to the area fronting the visitor center.
Waimea Valley to Kamehameha Highway/Weed Circle:
Continue counter-clockwise through the parking lot, right Waimea Valley Road, left Kamehameha Highway, onto Joseph P. Leong Highway, right Kamehameha Highway to Kamehameha Highway at Weed Circle (7-Eleven).
Waimea Valley to Kamehameha Highway/Weed Circle (Last Trip to Haleiwa):
Continue counter-clockwise through the parking lot, right Waimea Valley Road, left Kamehameha Highway, onto Joseph P. Leong Highway, right Kamehameha Highway, left counter-clockwise along Weed Circle to Weed Circle/Kaukonahua Road (Stop #2206).
