HOLO Card Fee
Effective: 3/1/2022
Starting Tuesday, March 1, 2022, the Department of Transportation Services will begin charging $2 for new and replacement Adult, Youth, and Medicare HOLO Cards. New Senior and Disability Riders will receive their first HOLO card free. Please be aware that all existing Senior or Disability cards, is considered the first free card, and the $2 replacement fee will apply after March 1st.
