MARCH ROUTE MODIFICATIONS

EFFECTIVE SUNDAY, MARCH 5, 2023

As directed by the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Transportation Services, the following modifications will be implemented effective Sunday, March 5, 2023.

ROUTE 85 WINDWARD EXPRESS – KANEOHE

ROUTE 87 WINDWARD EXPRESS – KAILUA

Routes 85 and 87 PM trips will start at Alapai Transit Center instead of Pali Highway/Beretania Street, same starting point as other expresses that provide service through downtown.

Eastbound: No change.

Westbound: TheBus will travel from Alapai Transit Center, right Alapai Street, left

Beretania Street, left Bishop Street, and then resume the regular westbound

route.

ROUTE E COUNTRY EXPRESS! E

Due to the Hawaii Department of Transportation’s installation of delineators, which prohibits all right turns at the Ala Moana Boulevard and Kamakee Street intersection, Route E’s westbound routing is being modified.

Eastbound: No change.

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala Moana Boulevard, right Queen Street, left Auahi Street, right Kamakee Street, and then resume the regular westbound route.
