TRAFFIC ADVISORY – out of DARKNESS WALK

OUT OF DARKNESS WALK will be held on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and is expected to have 500 participants.  The walk will start at the Civic Center grounds, fronting the Sky Gate and Frank Fasi Municipal Building, onto King Street westbound utilizing mauka sidewalk, to Richard Street, onto makai sidewalk of Beretania Street, proceed towards Punchbowl Street, onto Municipal Grounds near Lisbon Street, and will end at Sky Gate. This event will be utilizing the sidewalks and curb lanes along its route.

AFFECTED ROUTES:	1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 11, 13, 20, 40, 42, 51, 52, 54, A, C & E
AFFECTED AREAS:	Procession will travel along the sidewalk and curb lanes of King Street, Richard Street, and Beretania Street to Municipal Grounds
