ALA MOANA ELEVATED PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE PROJECT
THE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION,
Highways Division, will pour concrete for the elevated pedestrian walkway
bridge on Ala Moana Boulevard. There will be a full closure of Ala Moana Boulevard in both directions, in
the vicinity of Ward Avenue and Kamakee Street, on TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2024, AND WEDNESDAY,
MAY 21, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. to
4:00 a.m. Vehicular traffic for
both directions will be detoured onto Auahi Street
via Ward Avenue and Queen Street. Passengers may board buses on Auahi Street. TheBus will service all bus stops along
the detour route.

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route
to Ala Moana/Ward, left Ward, right Auahi, right
Queen, left Ala Moana, and then resume the regular route.
Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala
Moana/Queen, right Queen, left Auahi, left Ward,
right Ala Moana, and then resume the regular route.
