TRAFFIC ADVISORY – KAILUA 4^TH OF JULY

FIREWORKS DISPLAY

The Annual KAILUA 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS DISPLAY will be held on FRIDAY, JULY 4, 2025, and is expected to have more than 10,000 participants. The fireworks show starts at 8:00 p.m. and will be off Kailua Beach Park. Parking will be restricted on various streets for emergency vehicle clearance. Traffic controls will be implemented by HPD at the end of the fireworks show.

AFFECTED AREAS:	Service delay along Kalaheo Avenue, Kailua Road, Lihiwai Road, Kawailoa Road, Alala Road, and the Lanikai area.

TIME:	8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., or unless directed by Police.

NO DETOURS will be necessary.
