HAWAIIAN ELECTRIC – ALAPAI STREET

UNDERGROUND UTILITY WORK

HAWAIIAN ELECTRIC COMPANY will conduct underground utility work within the Alapai Street / Beretania Street intersection. The utility crew will access the work area through the Alapai Street manhole on FRIDAY, AUGUST 29, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The three left-turning lanes on Alapai Street will merge into one lane of travel. Flaggers and HPD will be on-site to assist with traffic movement within the work zone.

AFFECTED ROUTES:	3, 4, 13, 20, 40, 42, 51, 52, 53, 54, 122, 123, A, C, & E
AFFECTED AREA:	Service delays along Alapai Street and Beretania Street.
