ROAD CLOSURE – EAST MANOA ROAD AND

KOLOWALU STREET INTERSECTION

HAWAIIAN ELECTRIC will replace a leaning pole near the intersection of East Manoa Road and Kolowalu Street. As a result, a section of East Manoa Road will be closed on SATURDAY, AUGUST 30, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The East Manoa Road traffic in both directions will be redirected to Kolowalu Street and Woodlawn Drive. Passengers may board the buses at the portable bus stops located on the Woodlawn Drive side of the Manoa Marketplace Shopping Center. TheBus will service all bus stops along the detour route.

AFFECTED AREAS:	No service to East Manoa Road / Lowrey Avenue (stop #773), East Manoa Road / 294 (stop #798), East Manoa Road / Huapala Street (stop #799), East Manoa Road / opposite Keama Place (stop #800), East Manoa Road / Keama Place (stop #873), East Manoa Road / opposite Huapala Street (stop #1414), and East Manoa Road / opposite Kaonawai Place (stop #1421).

ROUTE 6, PAUOA-WOODLAWN

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to East Manoa/Kolowalu, right Kolowalu, onto Woodlawn to the temporary terminus located opposite of Manoa Marketplace Shopping Center.

Westbound: From the temporary terminus on Woodlawn, TheBus will continue on Woodlawn, left Lowrey, right E Manoa, regular route to East Manoa/Lowrey (makai-bound), left Lowrey, right Woodlawn, onto Kolowalu, left East Manoa, and then resume the regular route.
