LIKELIKE HIGHWAY – KANEOHE-BOUND CLOSURE

TRITON MARINE CONSTRUCTION CORP will close a portion of the Likelike Highway in the Kaneohe-bound direction for structural repairs within the Likelike Wilson Tunnel. The Kaneohe-bound full closure between Valley View Drive and Kahekili Highway will begin on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2025, THROUGH FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2025, Monday THROUGH Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. All Kaneohe-bound traffic will be detoured to utilize the H-3 Freeway or the Pali Highway.

AFFECTED ROUTES:	60 & 61
AFFECTED AREAS:	Likelike Highway Kaneohe-bound closure between Valley View Drive and Kahekili Highway.
DATES:	Tuesday, September 2, 2025, through Friday, October 31, 2025
TIME:	Monday through Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., unless directed by Police.

Buses will DETOUR as outlined below:

ROUTE 60, HONOLULU-KANEOHE-HALEIWA

Eastbound: No detour.

Westbound: TheBus will travel regular route to Likelike/School, remain in the right lane to continue onto Kalihi, right Makuahine, right School, left Likelike, veer right to take EXIT H-1 WEST FREEWAY, cautiously merge left onto H-1 WEST, merge left two lanes to continue onto H201 “MOANALUA FREEWAY”, take EXIT 1D H3 EAST “KANEOHE”, take EXIT 9 NORTH “LIKELIKE HIGHWAY,” onto Likelike, and then resume the regular route.

ROUTE 61, KALIHI-KANEOHE-AIKAHI

Eastbound: TheBus will travel regular route to Nalanieha/Likelike, left Likelike, veer right to take EXIT H-1 WEST FREEWAY, cautiously merge left onto H-1 WEST, merge left two lanes to continue onto H201 “MOANALUA FREEWAY”, take EXIT 1D H3 EAST “KANEOHE”, take EXIT 9 NORTH “LIKELIKE HIGHWAY,” onto Likelike, and then resume the regular route.

Westbound: No detour.
