HONOLULU MARATHON

 

The HONOLULU MARATHON will be held on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2025.  Approximately 35,000 runners and wheelchair racers will participate in this year’s race.  Wheelchair entrants will be escorted by bicycles and will start at 4:55 a.m.  Runners will begin at 5:00 a.m., and roadways will progressively open throughout the day.  TheBus will service all bus stops along the detour route.

Hawaii Kai– TheBus will travel the regular route to Kalanianaole/Keahole, right Keahole (do not service Hawaii Kai Park & Ride), left Hawaii Kai (WAIT for HPD to move the cones to allow unit through), resuming regular route to Kalanianaole/Ainakoa, right Ainakoa, left Malia, left Kilauea, right Waialae, and then resume the regular route.
