MOANALUA CHRISTMAS PARADE

 

 

The MOANALUA CHRISTMAS PARADE will be held SATURDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2025.  The parade will begin at Moanalua High School, onto the westbound lanes of Ala Ilima Street, right onto Ala Lilikoi Street, right Likini, left onto Ala Napunani Street, and end at the Moanalua High School parking lot.

 

AFFECTED ROUTES:

1L, 3, & 32

AFFECTED AREAS:

The westbound lanes of Ala Ilima Street will be closed from Ala Ilima Street to Ala Lilikoi Street and the eastbound lanes of Likini Street will be closed Ala Lilikoi Street to Ala Napunani Street.

TIME:

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., or unless as directed by Police.

 

Buses will DETOUR as outlined below:

 

ROUTE 1L, HALAWA-HAWAII KAI

 

Eastbound:    No detour, expect delays through Ala Ilima.

 

Westbound:   TheBus will travel the regular route to Salt Lake/Ala Napunani, continue on Salt Lake, right Ala Lilikoi, left Ala Ilima, crossover Likini at roundabout onto Ala Lilikoi, continue on Ala Lilikoi, and then resume the regular route after crossing over Ala Ilima.

 

ROUTE 3, KAIMUKI-SALT LAKE

 

Eastbound:    No detour, expect delays through Ala Ilima.

 

Westbound:   TheBus will travel the regular route to Salt Lake/Ala Napunani, continue on Salt Lake, right Ala Lilikoi, left Ala Ilima, crossover Likini at roundabout onto Ala Lilikoi, continue on Ala Lilikoi, right Likini, and then resume the regular route.

 

ROUTE 32, KALIHI TRANSIT CENTER-FOSTER VILLAGE-PEARLRIDGE

 

Eastbound:    TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala Lilikoi/Ala Ilima, left Ala Ilima, crossover Likini at roundabout onto Ala Lilikoi, continue on Ala Lilikoi, left Salt Lake, and then resume the regular route after crossing over Ala Napunani.

 

Westbound:   TheBus will travel the regular route to Pukoloa/Mapunapuna, continue on Pukoloa, right Puuloa, right H201 WEST ‘AIEA’ on ramp, onto H201 WEST, take EXIT 2 ‘MOANALUA/SALT LAKE/RED HILL, veer right to take MOANALUA VALLEY/SALT LAKE off ramp, onto Ala Aolani, left Ala Napunani to Ala Napunani/Ala Puumalu (prior to MHS tennis courts), left Ala Puumalu, and then resume the regular westbound route.
