will complete work on several sewer laterals and sewer cleanout along Kapaekahi Street within the Waianae Homestead
Subdivision. The construction work will
be in phases due to the enormity of the work.
Therefore, the 2nd phase of the construction work will start on TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2026, THROUGH
THURSDAY, JANUARY 22, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. During the construction work, only local
traffic will be permitted; buses will
not be allowed within the work zone. TheBus will service all
bus stops along the detour route.
