ROAD CLOSURE – UTILITY WORK ON LAKE ERIE STREET

H.M.S. CONSTRUCTION, INC. is continuing its utility overhead relocation on Lake Erie Street and a portion of South Avenue. They will evacuate the existing utilities in this area and perform realignment work. As a result, South Avenue access from Lake Erie Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic, 24 HOURS A DAY / 7 DAYS A WEEK, starting on FRIDAY, MARCH 13, 2026, THROUGH FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 2026. Passengers may board buses at the portable bus stop located 200 feet before the Port Royal Street / Central Avenue intersection (fronting Fletcher Ave Gate).

AFFECTED ROUTES:	PH1, PH2, PH3, PH4, PH6, PH7, & PH8
AFFECTED AREA:	No service to Central Avenue / Port Royal Street (stop #3365), Central Avenue / Lake Erie Street (stop #3371), and Lake Erie Street / Central Avenue (stop #4637).
DATES:	Friday, March 13, 2026, through March 27, 2026
TIME:	24 hours a day / 7 days a week, unless directed by DOD Police.

ROUTE PH1, WAIANAE COAST-PEARL HARBOR

ROUTE PH2, MILILANI TOWN-PEARL HARBOR

ROUTE PH6, HAWAII KAI-PEARL HARBOR

ROUTE PH7, EWA BEACH-PEARL HARBOR

ROUTE PH3, WAHIAWA HEIGHTS-PEARL HARBOR

ROUTE PH4, KAILUA-KAHALUU-PEARL HARBOR

AM / PM Operations: From the Port Royal/Central, TheBus will travel left Central, right Fuller (immediate right), right South, left 11^th (into Porter Gate), and then resume the regular route.

ROUTE PH8, MAKALAPA-PEARL HARBOR

Eastbound: No detour.

Westbound: Regular route to Port Royal/Central, TheBus will travel left Central, right Fuller (immediate right), right South, right Port Royal, right into parking lot (immediate right), left Fuller, right Central, and then resume the regular route.
