MEMORIAL DAY SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICE

 

The Mayor’s Memorial Day Service will be held on Monday, May 25, 2026, at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl. Service at Punchbowl National Cemetery will commence at 8:30 a.m. and will last approximately one (1) hour.

 

Two (2) Route 123 Papakolea-Pacific Heights supplementary buses will provide four (4) trips to Punchbowl National Cemetery as follows:

 

SCHEDULE

 

Buses will depart the Alapai Transit Center as follows:

 

Block PBS-159 - 7:00 a.m. and 7:40 a.m.

Block PBS-160 - 7:20 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

 

ROUTE DESCRIPTION

 

Alapai Transit Center to Punchbowl National Cemetery:

TheBus will travel from the Alapai Transit Center Diamond Head layover area proceed through the parking structure, left along the mauka border driveway to the designated bus bay, continue along the mauka border driveway, right Alapai, right Kinau, left Ward, right Prospect, left Nehoa, left Auwaiolimu, left Hookui, left Puowaina, into Punchbowl National Cemetery, at the flag pole right Outer Drive, left Inner Drive to designated drop off area.

 

Punchbowl National Cemetery to Alapai Transit Center:

TheBus will travel from designated pick-up area, continue on Inner Drive, left onto the Mall Drive South, at the flagpole continue across onto the Cemetery road, onto Puowaina (to service Papakolea), onto Tantalus, right Makiki Heights, right Mott-Smith, right Nehoa onto Prospect, left Ward, right Kapiolani, right South, right King, left Alapai Transit Center Diamond Head driveway to the unloading/layover area.
