KING KAMEHAMEHA DAY FLORAL PARADE

The Annual KING KAMEHAMEHA DAY FLORAL PARADE will be on SATURDAY, JUNE 13, 2026, and is expected to have 2,000 marchers, 50 vehicles, 10 floats, and 5 bands. The parade will start at King/Richards, proceed along King, Punchbowl, Ala Moana (eastbound lanes), Kalakaua, Monsarrat, and finish at Kapiolani Park. All cross streets along the parade route will be closed progressively until all units of the parade have cleared the area.

The Pa’u units will occupy the lanes of Richard Street and use the grounds of Iolani Palace for their staging area. Buses will be DETOURED from approximately 7:30 a.m. unless directed by the Police.

AFFECTED ROUTES:	1, 1L, 2, 2L, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 40, 42, 51, 52, 54, 60, 65, 66, 67, 122, 200, C, E, A LINE, & W LINE
AFFECTED AREAS:	No service on King Street from River Street to Punchbowl Street, Punchbowl Street from King Street to Ala Moana Boulevard. No eastbound service on Ala Moana Boulevard from Bishop Street to Kalakaua Avenue, along Kalakaua Avenue between Olohana Street and Poni Moi Road, and on Monsarrat Avenue from Kalakaua Avenue to Paki Avenue.

ROUTE 4, NUUANU-PUNAHOU-MCCULLY

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Nuuanu/Pauahi, left Hotel, left Alakea, onto Queen Emma, right Vineyard, right Punchbowl, left King, and then resume the regular route.

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Beretania/Punchbowl, continue on Beretania, left Bishop, right Queen, rand then resume the regular route.

ROUTE 6, PAUOA-WOODLAWN

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Queen Emma/Vineyard, left Vineyard, right Punchbowl, left King, veer right to take Kapiolani, right Cooke, right Halekauwila, right Keawe, right Queen, right Ward, left Auahi, left Kamakee, right Queen, onto Waimanu, left Piikoi, and then resume the regular route.

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Queen/South, right South, onto Alapai, left Beretania, left Bishop, left King, left Alakea, and then resume the regular route.

ROUTE 7, KALIHI VALLEY-KAHALA

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Iwilei/King, right King, left Hotel, left Alakea, onto Queen Emma, right Vineyard, right Punchbowl, left King, veer right to take Kapiolani, right Cooke, right Halekauwila, right Keawe, right Queen, and then resume the regular route.

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Queen/South, right South, onto Alapai, left Beretania, left Bishop, right Queen, and then resume the regular route.

ROUTE 8, MAKIKI-ALA MOANA-WAIKIKI

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Kuhio/Kapahulu, left Kapahulu, right Leahi to the temporary terminus at Leahi/Hinano.

Westbound: TheBus will travel from the temporary terminus, continue on Leahi, right Monsarrat, right Paki, and then resume the regular route.

Out-of-Service to starting point Leahi/Hinano: TheBus will travel the regular out-of-service route to Kapahulu/Leahi, left Leahi to the temporary terminus at Leahi/Hinano.

ROUTE 14, ST. LOUIS-MAUNALANI

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Kapahulu/Ala Wai, right Ala Wai, left Ohua, left Kuhio, left Kapahulu, right Leahi, right Noela, left Paki, right Kalakaua to make a left U-turn at the Dillingham Fountain, left Kalakaua, and then resume the regular route.

Westbound: No detour.

ROUTE 42, EWA BEACH-WAIKIKI

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to King/Beretania Junction, after passing Iwilei, veer left to take Hotel, left Alakea, onto Queen Emma, right Vineyard, right Punchbowl, left King, veer right to take Kapiolani, right Kalakaua, left Kuhio, left Kapahulu, right Leahi to the temporary terminus at Leahi/Hinano.

Westbound: TheBus will travel from the temporary terminus, continue on Leahi, right Monsarrat, right Paki, and then resume the regular route.

Out-of-Service to starting point Leahi/Hinano: TheBus will travel the regular out-of-service route to Kapahulu/Leahi, left Leahi to the temporary terminus at Leahi/Hinano.

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to H-1 EAST/EXIT 21A “PALI HWY”, right Pali, left Vineyard, right Punchbowl, left King, veer right to take Kapiolani, right Kona Iki, left Kona, and then resume the regular route.

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala Moana/South, right South, onto Alapai, left Beretania, left Bishop, left King, left Alakea, and then resume the regular detoured route.

ROUTE 66, DOWNTOWN-KAILUA-AIKAHI

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Pali/Beretania, cross Beretania onto Bishop, and continue on Bishop to the temporary terminus at Bishop/Hotel.

Westbound: TheBus will travel from temporary terminus Bishop/Hotel, left King, left Alakea, and then resume the regular route.

Out-of-service to starting point Alakea/King: TheBus will travel the regular route to Bishop/King, left King, left Alakea, to the starting point.

ROUTE 200, KAPIOLANI PARK-PALOLO VALLEY

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Paki/Kapahulu, cross over Kapahulu, onto Ala Wai, left Ohua, left Kuhio, left Kapahulu, right Leahi, right Noela, left Paki, right Kalakaua to make a left U-Turn at Dillingham Fountain, left Kalakaua, and then resume the regular route.
