HAWAII HEART WALK
The 2026
HAWAII HEART WALK will be
on SATURDAY, August 15, 2026, starting at 7:30 a.m. This
charity walk will have approximately 4,000 participants. The 4.5-mile walk will
begin at the Kapiolani Park Bandstand, proceed along Monsarrat, around
Diamond Head, and finish at the Kapiolani Park Bandstand. The one-mile walk will circle Kapiolani Park.
TheBus will service all bus stops along the detour
route. During the walk, there will be no service on Monsarrat Avenue
between Kalakaua Avenue and Paki Avenue. Passengers may board westbound buses at
Paki/Monsarrat.

ROUTE 2, SCHOOL-WAIKIKI-KAHALA
Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to
Campbell/Hayden, left Hayden, right Alohea, left Makapuu, right Kilauea, cross over 18th, and then resume
the regular route.
Eastbound: (Monsarrat keys only) TheBus
will travel the regular route to Kuhio/Kapahulu, left Kapahulu, right Leahi to
temporary terminus at Leahi/Hinano.
Westbound: No
detour.
Westbound: (Monsarrat keys only) From
Leahi/Hinano, TheBus will continue on Leahi, left
Monsarrat, and then resume the regular route.
ROUTE 8, MAKIKI-ALA
MOANA-WAIKIKI
ROUTE 42, EWA
BEACH-WAIKIKI
Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to
Kuhio/Kapahulu, left Kapahulu, right Leahi, to the temporary terminus at Leahi/Hinano.
Westbound: From
the temporary terminus at Leahi/Hinano, TheBus will continue
on Leahi, right Monsarrat, right Paki, and then resume the regular route.
ROUTE 14, ST. LOUIS-MAUNALANI
Eastbound: No
detour.
Westbound: TheBus
will travel the regular route to Kahala/Paikau, right
Paikau, right Diamond Head onto Monsarrat, right
Paki, and then resume the regular route.
ROUTE 200, KAPIOLANI PARK-PALOLO VALLEY
Eastbound: TheBus
will travel the regular route to Paki/Monsarrat, continue on
Paki, right Kapahulu, right Campbell, left Hayden, right Alohea,
left Pokole, right Kilauea, right Makapuu,
right Alohea, and then resume the regular route.
Westbound:
No detour.
ROUTE E, COUNTRY EXPRESS! E
Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to
Kalakaua/Kapahulu, left Kapahulu [TheBus will service W LINE stop – Kapahulu/opp Cartwright (stop #4350)], right Leahi, continue on Leahi to temporary terminus at Leahi/Hinano.
Westbound: From
the temporary terminus, TheBus will continue on Leahi,
right Monsarrat, right Paki, and then resume the regular route.
