COVID VACCINATION INFORMATION

Time: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

By appointment only.

Note:  Medical insurance not required but recommended.

TheHandi-Van will provide service for those with a vaccination appointment.

TheHandi-Van reservation is required.

Drop off & Pick up Location:  Blaisdell Concert Hall, Bus Bay

TheHandi-Van staff will be available to board and alight riders.

Important Information:

· 2 hour pick up window.  This means that if you were dropped off at 12 noon, you will be picked up at 2:00 pm.

· Use the bathroom before your appointment.  There is no accessible bathroom after your vaccination appointment.

· Do not arrive early.  There is no location to wait if you are arriving before your appointment.  The location will open at 8:00 am and close promptly at 6 pm.

· Last TheHandi-Van drop off is at 4:00 pm.

· Last pick up is at 6:00 pm.
