survey staff from ETC Institute will be aboard TheBus
and Skyline to conduct an onboard passenger survey on behalf of the City and
County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services. The survey will help
us better understand your travel patterns, transportation needs, and
experiences, and help improve future Oʻahu transit service.
