BUS STOP ADDITION AND RELOCATION

Effective Monday, April 8, 2013, additional bus stops will be initiated for the Route E, CountryExpress! Also effective on the same date, the first eastbound bus stop on the Route PH6, Hawaii Kai-Pearl Harbor Express on Kalanianaole Highway will be changed.

Eastbound: On Fort Weaver Road far side of Keaunui Drive (Stop #1095)

Westbound: On Fort Weaver Road far side of Keaunui Drive (Stop #1074)

ROUTE PH6, HAWAII KAI-PEARL HARBOR EXPRESS!

Eastbound: On Kalanianaole Highway far side of Waikui Street (Stop #253) instead of near side of Waieli Street (Stop #254)


TEMPORARY BUS STOP RELOCATION – MAILI BEACH PARK

Effective Wednesday, February 6, 2013, the eastbound bus stop #634, located eastbound on Farrington Highway, opposite St. John’s Road will be TEMPORARILY relocated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 400’ in the Honolulu direction, after the signalized intersection.

Ideal Construction is expanding the east end parking lot at Maili Beach Park to provide additional parking stalls and to build a new entrance driveway at the St. John’s Road intersection. Routes C, 40, 93, and PH1 are affected by this temporary bus stop relocation, which is projected for at least four (4) months. NOTE: There will be NO PULL OFF AREA at this temporary bus stop and TheBus will need to service this bus stop from the right traffic lane. The current regular bus stop, shelter and bus bay will be CLOSED for the duration of the project.
